We can host gatherings of up to 100 delegates, with facilities that include a spacious main conference area, a private boardroom, versatile breakout spaces, amphitheater and an open-air meeting deck with sweeping views of the savannah.
Our conference packages include room hire, standard presentation equipment, morning and afternoon tea, and either a set menu or buffet lunch (available for groups of 20 or more). Both half-day and full-day options are available.
Accommodation is provided at our eco-conscious safari-style lodges and cabins, blending comfort and sustainability. Options range from private ensuite rooms to shared group lodging — ideal for teams, corporate groups, and retreat organizers.
